When? Fridays 9.30am – 10.30am (starts Friday 29th August)

Where? Ken Gar Park, Beach Drive, Kensington, MD

Why?  To enjoy a great workout for you entire body (heart and body) in the company of others who want to exceed but have fun in fitness! 



Come and exercise with others instructed by Helen Beven – she will make you work!  Your challenge is to take your body to its limit by going from one exercise to another.  The workouts will involve aerobic and calisthenics, like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight and core exercises.

You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy!

Cost? $10 drop in or $80 for 10 sessions
