Being a fitness professional, Helen knows that workout programs vary with each person whether it be a Mom, teenager, older senior or an elite athlete.  She has the knowledge to guide each individual to reach their potential in fitness and in their general well being.  Each program will require different components and planning.

1 Session:  $90

10 Sessions: $800

+ travel expenses if out of the area

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Group Size:  2-4 people
Difficulty:  Beginner

Price:  $120 per 1 hour session / 10 sessions $1,000

VIRTUAL TRAINING

Train in the comfort and privacy of your own home, hotel room or anywhere in the world! Real time live workouts (not recorded) with Helen. Every workout customized to your needs with individual attention. Cost effective - no huge monthly gym fees or training costs. All you need is a smartphone, tablet or computer and a compatible app such as Facetime or Zoom. Don't worry about not having any equipment - household items and objects such as water bottles or even cans of beans can be used as weights.  
1 Hour Session:  $100

BRITISH BOOT CAMP


Looking for an exciting athletic experience? You've come to the right place. Helen really knows her stuff and really cares about your experience, you'll enjoy an intense and challenging workout every time.  Every workout can be modified to your needs.
Duration:  60 minutes

Monitored Running programs for aspiring beginners to experienced racers.  Having been an elite runner, Helen knows what it takes to run, train and race.  She can write you a program that will take you to the next level.  So whatever you are training for be it a  5k to ultra marathons she can help you!
